Terms and Conditions – Rules of the Game
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can participate in the Game. Please read the below terms carefully. By entering the Game (this promotion), you accept these Rules of the Game in full. If you do not accept these Rules of the Game, you should not participate and you will not be eligible to win any of the prizes.
Definitions
Game shall mean this Hell Energy promotion as descripted in this Terms and Conditions;
Organiser shall mean Hell Beverages Ltd;
Player shall mean a participant of the Game, who is over 18 years of age;
Rules of the Game shall mean this Terms and Conditions;

How to participate
To be eligible to participate in the Game you must be over 18 years of age and residing in Cyprus. No employee of the Organiser and its affiliates, subcontractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally associated with the Game is permitted from participating in the Game.
During the Game period, you will be able to participate following the below steps:
Buy any 2 Hell Energy drink cans in one SINGLE receipt from any store/shop in the Republic of Cyprus;
Visit Hell’s website: www.hellenergypromo.cy (the Website);
Enter the below information and upload the receipt (hereinafter referred to as Code Upload):
Full name;
Contact number; and
Email.
Answer to a question.
Receive an automated email with your code;
Get a chance to win!
One Player can have an unlimited number of Receipt Uploads. A Receipt Upload is considered valid if it complies with all the above requirements of the Rules of the Game. The entry validation will take place when a winner is selected, as described below.
The Player is obliged to keep the original receipt as proof of the purchase. For the Player to win a prize, the receipt must mentioned the 2 Hell energy drinks.

Winning a prize
The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by the Organizer by a computer process and they will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified and after Organizer’s reasonable endeavours, the Organiser reserves the right to choose another winner from the Code Uploads before the closing date.
Once a winner is selected, the Organiser will ensure that each winner meets the above criteria and the Receipt Upload was valid. In case of an invalid or incomplete Upload or fake receipt, the entry will be considered as void and the Organiser will select another winner. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to deliver a prize to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
The winner of the Grand Prize will also be obliged to respond within 7 days. If the winner does not respond, the Organiser will repeat the process until a winner is found.
The winners of any prize might be requested to demonstrate their receipt for obtaining the prize.
Each valid Code Upload will qualify for a participation for the Daily Draw, the Weekly Draw and one participation for the Grand Prize Draw. The draw for the Grand Prize will take place at date and time that will be announced later on.
The prize delivery can take up to 30 days from winner’s announcement. No prize will be delivered to a person other than the winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
The Organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this matter.
The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Game, if it becomes necessary to do so.
Other important information
For the avoidance of doubt, a computer or another internet-ready devise and internet access is required for the Receipt Upload. These are the responsibility of the Players and no refund may be claimed for expenses related to the use of an internet connection for the purpose of participating in the Game.
The Winners explicitly agree to participate in reasonable publicity resulting from the Game if requested to do so by the Organiser and the Winners acknowledge that the Organiser can use their name and photograph in any publicity relating to the Game and announcement of the Winners.
The Organiser is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, and/or software malfunction of any entry to website, or any delivery service.
The Organiser accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the Prizes or for the quality or for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, in any way connected with the use of any prize. There is no warranty or guarantee in respect to any daily, weekly or the Grand Prize to comply, except to the extent prohibited by law.
The Organiser reserves the right to consider invalid any Receipt Upload if there was any fraudulent or unauthorised manner and/or in contravention of the present Rules of the Game at its absolute discretion and to select another winner.

The Rules of the Game are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the District Courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
The Rules of the Game may be amended from time to time without notice and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. The amended Terms will appear in a form of a notification or by any other reasonable means at our reasonable discretion. The Organiser does not accept any liability in case you fail to be informed about the changes that have occurred and have been publicly disclosed as described above.
