How can I participate in the game?
Buy 2 0.25-liter HELL Energy products at any Cyprus store or online webshop, and after purchasing the product, submit the purchase receipt.
Which proof of purchase block can I use to participate in the Game?
The Organizer accepts as valid only those receipts proving the purchase, which are not damaged, the date of purchase and the purchased product are visible, as well as the name of the products participating in the Game, including the brand name where possible.
What do I need to keep after uploading?
Please keep the original proof of purchase receipt, as this will be requested by the Organizer in the event of a win, or if the winner of the raffle prize does not meet the personal and formal conditions written in the game rules, or after notification, the Proof of Purchase receipt is not sent due to the Organizer's request within two weeks of that date, he/she will be excluded from the game, and instead - as a reserve winner - the winner of the prize will always be the sender of a valid application received after that time, if he/she fulfills the conditions of the game rules.
How is the draw done?
For the entire duration of the Game, 1 (one) Daily Winning Time for a total of 47 (forty seven) Daily Winning Times and 1 (one) Weekly Winning Time for a total of 7 (seven) weekly Winning Times will be awarded by the Organizer following the principle of randomness using a computer program to start the promotion draw on August 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for the entries from the day before.

- The following main prize will be drawn in the Game: 1 (one ) MOTORBIKE KTM DUKE 125 2022.
The Grand Prize draw will take place on September 30.
How will the winners be notified?
Winners of the Daily Prizes will be notified by the Operator via call within 3 working days of the draw.
Winners of the Weekly Prizes will be notified by the Organizer via call on the Monday following the relevant Game Week by 11:59 p.m.
The Grand Prize Winner will notified by phone.
When and how will I receive my prize?
The Organizer will offer the winning prizes for pickup unless agreed for 3rd party delivery couries at the expense of the winner. The Organizer and the Operator do not assume any responsibility for the incompleteness/error of the mailing address provided by the winner (e.g. spelling of name, misspelling of address, etc.), for the failure or delay of delivery due to this reason, or for damages caused during delivery.
Can I submit more than one participation with the same receipt to increase my chances of winning?
A participant can submit an unlimited number of applications, but only one application can be submitted on the Internet at a time. For a new application, it is necessary to submit a new valid purchase receipt, with different release date and time. If attempted to submit the same valid receipt twice, only the first code sent will be eligible for the draw, regardless if phone number or e-mail address is different.
Can I upload a purchase receipt more than once?
The Organizer accepts one valid purchase receipt, date and time, as valid only once during the Game. Among applications with the same valid purchase receipt, date and time, the Organizer will only accept the first one received on time as a valid Application, regardless of phone number or e-mail address.
